Local Businesses & Resources

  • TotalCare Pools

The team at TotalCare takes care of everything we need for the pool your students are swimming in. They have installed most of our current equipment and perform weekly checks (in addition to my daily ones) to ensure we’re swimming in good clean water.

  • Four Arrows Garden

This is our favorite truly local garden center and plant nursery. Linsay and her team (aka her family) are great people with a love for finding just the right plant for just the right place here in the desert. They helped us choose most of what is in our backyard!

  • 5M Landscaping

5M Landscaping is another local business full of people who genuinely want to help you. Abby and Austin installed our irrigation system and repaired some damage done by previous homeowners.

    Lauryn Ashlee Photography

Lauryn is a talented local photographer specializing in all types of family photos! She took almost all of the above-water photos on my website and her work really speaks for itself. She’s easygoing and fun to work with, too!

  • Dolly Parton's Imagination Library

Whether you’re a country fan or not, it’s hard not to appreciate what Dolly Parton has done for children’s literacy. By registering for the imagination library your child can receive a free book every month for the first five years of their life! You do have to live in a qualifying area, but most of Sahuarita does!

  • Dough Delights

My friend Brooke puts together the cutest themed sensory playdough jars, and she delivers locally in Rancho Sahuarita! These are the perfect addition to any small holiday gift and my kids LOVE getting a new small playdough activity every time!

  • Borderlands Produce Rescue

This non-profit redistributes produce that would go to waste to families in southern Arizona. For a small donation (less than $20) you can get up to 75 pounds of produce. Each time they do a distribution in Green Valley I am in line to pick up and then make countless snacks and dinners with local fruits and veggies.

  • And you?

I love to support local businesses, especially those of my swim families. If you are a swim parent with a business or service that other swim parents might benefit from, let me know and I would love to feature your information my site as well.
